Return Instructions

Please include your packing invoice. We will not accept returns on any merchandise after 30 days from the original ship date.

For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS and other carriers.

Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and the reason for the return along with a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of returned items.

All web orders must be in original packaging with original handtag as consumer had received it. If there is any damage to the bag, we will be unable to accept the return. The bag will be returned back to consumer and consumer's credit card will remain charged for purchase.
